Week 1 and Done!

I finally got around to finishing the first week of the C210K challenge.  I wish I could have finished it last week, but alas, life got in the way.  The work out today was particularly frustrating, thanks to a wonky treadmill in my gym, but once the other one opened up, it was smooth sailing.. er, running 😛

Afterwards, I made a delicious late late breakfast of a new favorite (thanks to PBFingers): egg, Muenster cheese, Arnold Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin, and raspberry jelly…. SO GOOD!  I also enjoyed an Iced diet watermelon green tea (on sale at Target 😛 and also weirdly yummy) and lots of water.  

Now off to get ready and onto the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow 😉
